人到中年的男主角在高強(qiáng)度的工作和生活壓力下，逐漸變得厭倦并迷失自我，一次偶然的際遇讓他找到了另類的宣泄方式，那就是無(wú)論有多重要的事情都先放下，每天用六十分鐘時(shí)間徹底的放飛自我，在這段時(shí)間里他所遇到的人和事總有種似曾相識(shí)的感覺，看似偶然和偶遇的每件事和每個(gè)人似乎都和他的過(guò)去有關(guān)，最終男主角終于找回了“自己”，同時(shí)也完成了精神和心靈上的自我治愈。
